Case Study: EU Commission UX Workshops & Cross-Border Digital Services Integration for Public Sector

  • Online: I led Miro-based UX workshops with the EU, representing the German Government in discussions on user interface integration across borders. These sessions focused on aligning different nations’ design standards, regulations, and user needs to ensure a seamless experience.
  • In-Person: I facilitated workshops with technical and business stakeholders, guiding them through creative design thinking methods to define the user journey for the app. These sessions helped bridge the gap between business goals, technical feasibility, and user expectations.

Through these efforts, I played a key role in creating a user-centered framework for cross-border digital services.

Case Study: Defining the Vision for a Health Startup App:

I helped a health tech startup translate their vision into a structured product roadmap by:

  • Aligning with stakeholders on business goals and user experience

  • Creating storyboards, epics, and wireframes to define the product journey

  • Developing cross-border personas to highlight diverse user needs

  • Laying a UX foundation that balanced innovation, feasibility, and strategy

This early-stage work shaped a scalable, user-centered app aligned with the startup’s long-term goals.
