I lead product design for complex, high-stakes systems — defining UX vision and strategy, growing design teams, and shipping products that work for the people who depend on them most.

10+ years across AI product design, government digital services, and regulated technology. Most recently Senior UX/AI Design Specialist at Bundesdruckerei — built a UX team from zero to six, delivered Germany's first BITV-certified government app with 1M+ downloads, and led design ops, design systems, and research strategy across the organisation.

Equally comfortable with speculative innovation and future-focused concepts as with the rigour of shipping production-ready products through agile delivery. I design for the full spectrum of users — including elderly, disabled, and cognitively impaired populations — and hold certification to the highest BITV criteria. MA in Design for Responsible AI.
